We take the general schedule that fits your ABI and then tailor it by accounting for individual win rates, daily routine, make-up, and other factors. Our resources allow us to create and adjust this puzzle with a multitude of small details, as we excel at working with large volumes of data automatically: collecting information, processing it, breaking it down into detailed components, and customising it for each player.

We have invented the FF EV index, which demonstrates the skill of a pro in MTT.

MTT is characterised by various situations. Pros compete in different tournaments: varying in complexity, average buy-in, structure, and type. They play with different effective stacks and under various bubble factors. All this renders the usual win rate (as used in cash games) ineffective.

We’ve developed FF EV. This is the win rate for MTT, which helps assess the real skill of a pro. FF EV has a significantly higher correlation with ROI than any other variation of win rate, allowing for precise identification of tournaments where the pro’s income will be highest, considering their gaming skills.

Relocation is a FirstFund project aimed at creating more convenient conditions for the game and life of the fund's pros. The level of support is determined by the pro's request and can include both consultancy assistance and full concierge-level service: from ticket and accommodation selection to helping enrol children in school and solving everyday issues in the new location.

All relocation expenses are arranged in the form of a loan and are reimbursed from the pro's profit under agreed conditions.

Machine ABI change

Changing the ABI is not an individual decision of a single employee, but the result of an automatic analysis of a large amount of data on each person's game.

In our fund, the ABI for players is adjusted by a machine. This reassessment occurs once a week. No requests for increases or decreases, no explanations for absences and poor behaviour, no discomfort — just hard numbers that allow you to play most profitably and earn more.

In our fund, ABI changes for players are made by a machine. This re-evaluation occurs once a week. No requests for promotion or demotion, no explanations for absences or poor behaviour, no discomfort—just plain figures that allow you to play in the most profitable way and earn more.

Personal account: a window into poker

We have created the best online workspace that has everything a pro needs: statistics, tournament schedules, the entire learning journey, key performance metrics (Make, EV, etc.), and finances. It's a single gateway to training and playing.

Payroll project

Contract format with a fixed monthly payment regardless of short-term results and pro's EV. The pro completes the required volume and receives payments every month. The salary amount depends on the limit being played and ranges from $300 to $3000. The salary format is available to pros with an ABI from 15.

The pro receives full backing and the entire set of opportunities and tools available to the fund's pros.

If, by the end of the month, the pro's result is below the salary amount, the fund pays the difference up to the fixed sum. If the result is higher, the pro receives 30% of the profit. If the month ends negatively, but the required volume is met, the pro still receives the fixed salary.

Our pros have access to data about their game in various aspects, allowing each individual to fully understand themselves and accurately assess their strengths and weaknesses.

You can compare yourself against the top pros at a similar ABI, taking variance into account! Personal statistics summaries are available to the coach: they know the weak points that need to be the focus of training.

Systematic work on game psychology and the state of pros

Everyone talks about the psychology of the game, but only we at FirstFund have established a mental and emotional support system for our pros with such high quality and variety of formats: individual consultations, group work, online courses, mental state check-ups for trainees, open intensives on various issues, and that's not all. You can choose any comfortable method.

Additionally, we've set up a system of triggers that, for example, will 'catch' a burned-out pro to help them deal with it.

Well-thought-out training programmes

We don't just have workouts, but structured training programs that help acquire knowledge exactly when it's needed.

Trainers, curators, mentors, mental coaches

All these people will accompany our pros at every stage of training, and each one has their own tasks.

Coaches enhance the game, mentors are interested in the development of pros and, for example, will help you out of a stakeback agreement.

Mentors — pros with higher ABI — will share their experience and offer support.

Mental coaches and psychologists will help find a balance between the game and personal life, support during periods of low motivation, and teach how to leverage your mindset and emotional resilience.

Our programs include individual, group, and trigger training sessions (these sessions are provided when an event requires attention and are conducted with the pro in their personal account). Who is eligible

ABI 10+

How the selection process works

Selection is based on the results of a personal interview with a foundation staff member and analysis of a database of hands (approximately 100,000). The pro is offered an initial playable limit depending on their competencies.

What is funded

Online poker, multi-table tournaments (MTT).

Distribution of shares

For pros with an ABI up to 50, the profit is shared equally at 50/50, where their contribution to buy-ins is 0% (all tournaments are funded by the bankroll), and their share in profit is 50%. For pros with an ABI of 50 and above, participation in buy-ins is available in various proportions.

Make-up

Make-up is the accumulated game debt that arises when playing on the sponsor's bankroll.

If a pro decides to terminate the collaboration, the make-up must be played off or paid using the pro's personal funds. However, if the contract is terminated at the initiative of the sponsor, the make-up is cancelled and not subject to repayment.

Withdrawals

Withdrawing personal funds is available at any time through any available method. Closing an investment package and converting your share of the profit into personal funds is possible every 15 game sessions, plus there is one additional request available to close the package.

Restrictions

It is not permitted to use the bankroll fund for playing other poker disciplines (cash games, Sit & Go, Spin & Go, Battle Royale, etc.), to play beyond the set limits, or to withdraw funds before being notified of the game package closure.
