In what format are training sessions conducted at FirstFund?
All training is conducted remotely on online platforms. Sessions with a coach take place in voice channels on Discord servers. Educational materials are hosted on a separate portal 'Personal Account FF'. The entire training system includes the following formats: group and individual coaching via call, online webinars, text and video materials, thematic tests, simulator sessions, and lessons in poker software.
Is there a fee for the training?
The fund provides training and access to educational programmes for a percentage of the pro's profit. The pro does not pay anything extra.
Is staking possible without training?
No, backing without training is not provided. At FirstFund, they train pros and believe in the quality of their education, which is why they offer full game financing.
From what point in the training is backing available?
Backing and training are available from the first day a pro joins the project.
What programs are included in the training system at FirstFund?
The FirstFund training programme includes the Path of the Pro, the FF Intensive, and the FF Pro. The FF Path of the Pro is an educational programme available to all fund trainees, covering core strategies for moving up the stakes and enhancing the competencies of a pro. The FF Intensive is an additional two-month course for in-depth poker study. The FF Pro is a time-unlimited training course, a separate community of promising pros focused on continuous development.
What is the level of the trainers?
All FirstFund coaches are active pros playing at high ABIs. They consistently engage in self-improvement and learning, utilizing the latest tools and concepts from the FirstFund methodology, and are skilled at communicating with trainees in a language they understand. Every training session undergoes stringent quality control. As the trainee progresses through the limits, they gain access to coaches of higher qualifications.
In what format are the training sessions conducted in FF Way of the Pro?
The FF Pro's Path is a structured programme based on the FirstFund methodology. The student is provided with step-by-step training in their Personal Cabinet, addressing both the general competencies required for growth and the individual traits identified through an in-depth analysis of their profile. In addition to lessons in the Personal Cabinet, the student attends regular sessions with a coach in mini-groups of 4-5 people, individual coaching, and receives continuous support from a mentor.
