We may receive data you submit yourself: name, email, Telegram username, message, communication language, and information from an application to join the fund.

The website also automatically receives technical data: IP address, approximate location based on IP, device and browser type, visited pages, referral sources, UTM tags, and interaction events.

If you go to Telegram, the FunFarm account area, or contact us through external services, those platforms may process data under their own policies.

We use data to respond to applications, contact candidates, help with training and joining the fund, maintain the website, and improve the user experience.

Technical and analytics data helps us understand page performance, track errors, protect the website from misuse, and measure advertising campaign effectiveness.

We process data when it is necessary to respond to your request, prepare for possible cooperation, comply with legal obligations, protect our legitimate interests, or based on your consent.

You can withdraw consent by contacting privacy@firstfund.pro. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before the withdrawal.

We do not sell personal data. Contractors that help us maintain the website, host files, process applications, run analytics, advertising, and communications may receive access where needed.

The project uses, among others, hosting and CDN services, Telegram, email providers, Fathom Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Yandex Metrica, Meta Pixel, and TgTrack. Details about cookies and analytics are described in the Cookie Policy.

Some service providers may be located outside the user's country. In those cases, we use available contractual and technical safeguards so that data is processed only for the stated purposes.

Applications and correspondence are kept for as long as needed to process the request, communicate with the user, and comply with legal obligations.

Analytics and technical data are retained according to the periods set by the relevant services, or in aggregated form when individual identification is no longer needed.

You can request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, object to processing, or withdraw consent.
