Vladimir is the project manager at FirstFund. He was instrumental in establishing the pro support department and participated in launching the company's innovative projects, from salary initiatives to relocation. Currently, Vladimir is developing the 'Pro Path' project—a new training format that guides students to grow step by step and rapidly advance through the stakes.

Vladimir is responsible for everything related to scheduling and managing the pros, determining which tournaments and sites they can play on and which they cannot, as well as guiding their progression through the stakes. He decides who should move up to higher stakes and who should play at lower limits.
Thanks to his systematic approach and attention to detail, the selection has improved in accuracy and efficiency, making it easier for the pros to establish an optimal schedule. Vladimir also actively engages with the team on his blog on the FirstFund Discord server, helping trainees gain a better understanding of the process from the inside.
