Tatyana Barchukova
Tatiana is responsible for the psychological and mental support system for pros at FirstFund. She develops mental preparation programs and leads a team of psychologists and mental coaches for the project.
Under her leadership, a comprehensive system of psychological support has been established, which includes initial diagnostics, basic mental track, individual support, as well as mini-courses on key topics. Additionally, intensives, regular screenings, and psychological testing are utilised. All elements of the system are integrated into the foundation's training and gaming processes.
Pros who undergo mental support demonstrate a higher ROI compared to control groups. The system helps maintain resilience over time, supports motivation, and aids in more effectively handling stress and variability of results.

Head of the Selection Department
Vladimir Kisterev
In his area of responsibility is the formation and control of the gaming schedule, selection of tournaments and poker rooms, as well as the development of principles for picking tournaments for various groups of pros considering their level, objectives, and current form.
He determines the principles by which the game plan is formed: in which tournaments and on which platforms it is advisable to play, how to structure individual and group schedules, and how to optimally distribute the workload over time.
Thanks to a systematic approach and attention to detail, the selectivity at FirstFund has become more precise and manageable. Pros find it easier to follow an optimal game plan without overload and errors in tournament selection.
