He was directly involved in creating the methodology and philosophy of our training program. His experience became the foundation for accelerated player development at FirstFund.

Ivan is responsible for developing the FirstFund training system. He shapes and regularly updates the fund’s methodology.
Under his leadership, FF Intensive and FF Player Path programs were created. Ivan manages the coaching team and builds a unified training standard.
Татьяна Барчукова
Head project psychologist
Tatyana leads the psychological and mental support system for FirstFund players. She develops mental preparation programs and manages the psychologist and mental coach team.
Under her leadership, a comprehensive support system was built: initial diagnostics, mental tracks, individual support, mini-courses, intensives and screenings.
Players receiving mental support demonstrate higher ROI compared to control groups.

Project manager
Vladimir has over 10 years of experience in Fintech and IT. He built corporate training centers and operational support teams.
At FirstFund, Vladimir manages product and operational projects. He founded the player support department.
Currently fully responsible for the FF Player Path program.

His area of responsibility includes forming and controlling the playing schedule, selecting tournaments and poker rooms.
He defines the principles behind the playing plan: which tournaments and platforms to play, how to build schedules optimally.
